Saint Leo University holds membership in the American Council on Education (ACE), Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges, Independent Colleges and Universities of Florida (ICUF), the American Association of Adult and Continuing Education, the National Collegiate Honor Society, the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities, the National University Continuing Education Association (NUCEA), the National Association of Institutions for Military Education Services (NAIMES), Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges, National Catholic Education Association and the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities.
