Please note:

If you have only attended one (1) U.S. institution and it is not regionally accredited, you must provide admissions with High School documentation.

High School documentation is not required if you have attended a U.S. regionally accredited institution or are active duty/retired military.

* Center for Online Learning Admissions is responsible for requesting Official Transcript from regionally accredited U.S. Institutions as they appear on application upon receipt of transcript release form(s).
